Potatoes have become an important crop for both farmers and consumers in Pakistan. The potato grown in Pakistan has an attractive medium-brown to red color with a long to oblong shape. They are available in different caliber sizes and grown mainly in the Okara district of Punjab province.

Mozika: Long oval shape variety is called Mozika available from February in caliber size 40mm+
Santa: Round shape variety and is available in caliber size 40mm+
Asterix: The red variety, available from early March in caliber size 45mm+
